SO YOU WANT TO BE A GOALIE?

If we are going to start a tradition of successful girls teams, we're going to need some more girl goalies. If nothing else, just so we don't reduce poor Liv Farrell to a dehydrated husk. 

For any girls at the Mite level who want to give it a try, OHC has obtained several sets of gear for that age group. Check your e-mails as well as this site for updates.

For any girls in the age 9-12 range (or so), we are in the process of getting two sets of donated gear for that age level. If your daughter is at all interested in giving goalie a try, please e-mail me (andy.ketterson@penfed.org) or call me at 402-290-7863. We are working on initial plans for some new goalie clinics and possibly some regularly held during the season as well.

Wisconsin, coached by 2010 Olympic Head Coach & 1980 Olympic hero Mark Johnson, just won its 4th women's national title in 6 years. This extended the WCHA's women's national title streak to 12 years!
